Rising along Riviera Beach’s evolving waterfront, South Broadway is composed of four interlocking towers that break down scale while framing expansive views.

Public plazas and ground level retail enhance the pedestrian streetscape as the thoughtfully arranged massing balances the individual dwelling scale within the larger urban fabric.

Two 13 story towers create a dynamic presence along Broadway and two towers step up to 20 stories to the west. Projected balconies articulate the façade and the interplay of glass and aluminum panels introduce texture and visual rhythm.
