The 16-story multifamily project in West Palm Beach, featuring 369 residential units and 7,600 square feet of commercial space, has received Planning Board approval. In addition to the pool amenity deck and fitness center located at the roof of the parking podium, the development includes a variety of other uses, such as a coworking lounge and retail space at the ground floor to create an active streetscape for the City. Designed with sustainability in mind, the building aims to achieve LEED Silver certification.
