the floridian national golf club has been designed to exhibit coastal elegance with a modern take on traditional florida style architecture. located on a 300 acre riverfront site, the scope involves a clubhouse, spa, 25 cottages, and 20 estate homes that look onto the north fork of the st. lucie river. with the cottages nestled among naturally wooded preserve, they are designed with open floor plans and high end finishes to exemplify the elegance that has always surrounded the floridian. garciastromberg has been a part of the floridian development team since 1992 and remains to be the sole architect of the project. with peter stromberg serving on the architecture review board, we are able to maintain its style and simplicity through every new avenue of this ongoing project.
