inspired by the sectional diagram, the programmatic volumes emerge defining the space and giving three dimensional form to the building parti. the grand gestures reinforce the building’s public role, while the repetition of the structural elements give human scale to the larger forms. the resulting floating volumes act as an icon for the neighborhood.
