An oceanfront revitalization consisting of 3 high rise towers, incorporating 94 condo units, 250 hotel rooms, retail, restaurants and an elevated amenity-garden. This building has a responsibility to the city and its rich tropical landscape to create a unique space. the urban environment is enhanced by a series of cuts creating voids that reveal an interstitial garden. Metal screens allow the landscape to weave through and divide the architecture enhancing the views of Fort Lauderdale Beach.
