historic reinterpretation: shaping the urban edge along a world renowned golf resort

The Alina Residences began with the vision of a living art sculpture. while paying homage to the classic works of Addison Mizner, the architecture incorporates simplicity and elegance.  Through form, space, light, and scale we were able to create a human connection within the environment and structure.

“the organic and artful movement is purposely placed on the most prominent visual element immediately as you begin the journey through the building. the undulating shape of the sculpture stands as the centerpiece of the lobby creating a circulation of life in the surrounding space.”

  • Building on the concept of a living art sculpture, Alina phase 2 blends simplicity, elegance, and a strong sense of place. The lobby design scales up the flowing, sinuous forms creating an organic framework upon arrival. A biophilic collaboration with Plant The Future anchors the space, with an Everglades inspired mural installation positioned directly on axis as you enter.
